Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CWO Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. What CWO Hub Is
CWO Hub is a free educational community platform focused on AI automation tools including n8n, ComfyUI, Suno, and related technologies. The Service provides tutorial content, a community Q&A forum, downloadable workflow files, and a GPU compute job submission service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Our full Acceptable Use Policy governs the specific rules for community conduct and GPU workflow submissions. Key restrictions:
- Do not submit workflows designed to make network requests, access files outside designated output folders, or execute arbitrary system commands.
- Do not post spam, harass other members, or share others' private information.
- Do not use the Service to generate illegal content of any kind.
5. GPU Job Service Terms
The GPU job submission service allows members to run ComfyUI-compatible workflows on our compute infrastructure. By using this service you acknowledge:
- Jobs are queued and processed in order - completion time is not guaranteed.
- All submitted workflows are scanned by an AI security system before execution. We reserve the right to reject any workflow at our sole discretion.
- Output files are automatically deleted 7 days after job completion. You are responsible for downloading your outputs before they expire.
- Credits are deducted when a job is queued. Credits are not refunded for failed or timed-out jobs unless caused by a verified infrastructure error on our side.
- There is no credit purchasing at this time. Credits are granted as a free allowance.
6. Community Conduct
CWO Hub is a builder community. Discussions should be respectful, relevant, and constructive. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates our community standards. See the Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
7. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post to CWO Hub (comments, profile information, uploaded workflows). By posting, you grant CWO Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If your account is terminated for policy violations, you forfeit any unused credits.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CWO Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
