Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs all content you post, upload, or submit to CWO Hub - including comments, profile content, avatar images, and GPU workflow files. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Community Standards
You agree to:
- Keep discussion relevant to the lesson or topic at hand.
- Help other members constructively - this is a builder community regardless of skill level.
- Credit others' work when you share or reference it.
- Use respectful language in all interactions.
You agree NOT to:
- Post spam, unsolicited self-promotion, or affiliate links unrelated to the topic.
- Harass, threaten, or personally attack other members or instructors.
- Share other users' private information without their consent.
- Impersonate other users, instructors, or CWO Hub staff.
- Post content that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or of Utah, USA.
GPU Workflow Submissions - Permitted Use
You may only submit workflows that:
- You created yourself or have explicit permission to use and run.
- Are intended for creative, educational, or legitimate commercial AI generation purposes.
- Reference only models, assets, checkpoints, and LoRAs you have the right to use.
- Are designed to complete a standard ComfyUI-compatible image or media generation task.
GPU Workflow Submissions - Prohibited
You may NOT submit workflows that:
- Make network requests of any kind - including HTTP requests, WebSocket connections, DNS lookups, or any attempt to contact external services from inside the execution environment.
- Access files outside the designated output folder - including attempts to read host system files, model weights stored outside the workflow's scope, environment variables, credentials, or configuration files.
- Execute arbitrary system commands or shell code - including through custom nodes, scripts, or any mechanism that breaks out of the ComfyUI execution environment.
- Exfiltrate data - including model weights, credentials, system information, or any data from the host environment.
- Consume resources beyond normal generation tasks - including cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing tasks, or anything designed to exhaust GPU resources without producing legitimate output.
- Generate illegal content - including content depicting minors in sexual contexts, content that violates applicable law, or content designed to defame, threaten, or harm a real person.
- Probe, test, or exploit the host system or container - including privilege escalation attempts, container escape attempts, or any security research activity on our infrastructure.
AI Scanning Acknowledgment
All submitted workflows are analyzed by an AI system before execution. This scan is a security measure - it does not guarantee that every harmful workflow will be detected, nor does it guarantee that every legitimate workflow will pass. CWO Hub reserves the right to reject any workflow at its sole discretion without providing a detailed explanation.
Uploaded and Posted Content
You retain ownership of content you post to CWO Hub. By posting, you grant CWO Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it. CWO Hub is not responsible for content posted by other members.
